I appreciate your birthday greeting! I've always been very
impressed with the level of customer service afforded me by the staff at
Schaller Honda. This personal recognition of my birthday is another fine example
of that focus on the customer. From your service managers, to the shuttle van
drivers, to the cashiers and the parts department folks, everyone is pleasant,
responsive, and anxious to make interactions positive and memorable. Your
records won't reflect this (because, shamefully, I haven't always done business
with Schaller), but I've owned Hondas exclusively since 1983. I've purchased 7
Hondas (new and used), and have the vast majority of service from your fine
establishment, despite the fact that I live in Killingworth! Keep up the great
job!
