Worked with Szymon and ended up with a fair deal on a used Rav4. The car had a few dents on the hood so I wasnt certain I wanted to buy it. They ended up getting them out after 1st having a dent service try to take them out. When it didn't work successfully, they sent the car to their body shop and had them smoothed out so they would have a happier customer and get a sale. After I got home from leaving the dealership, I realized none of the buttons on the key worked to open or lock the doors. They had me go back when the key service was there a few days later and the key was programmed, and they gave me a spare key which also was programmed correctly. This customer service attention to detail really made the car buying service great, when it's usually nerve wracking and you end up feeling bitter or taken advantage of when you get a new car.
Tried to purchase my new car from my local dealer they were entirely uncooperative even though I was a repeat customer and had bought a few cars over the last 17 years. I received a great quote online from Schaller, I went in expecting they would nickle and dime me. They didn't! It was an expedient process made oh so simple by Tyler Wagoner. I have been looking for a new car, my lease is up in August, I called there internet department and spoke to Paul Pellegrini, I told him what I was looking for, I gave him four cars I was interested in, two Honda's and two Subaru's, and what I was looking to spend, his first price per car was cheaper than any other dealer, we finally agreed on a price and he put me in touch with his salesman Fred Pliskin, we set up a date to pick up car it was ready when I got there, went to finance manager filled out all the paperwork and was out of there in two hours, this is my second car from this dealership I feel they are very honest and good at there jobs. Impressed and very pleased with the customer service that I received at Schaller Service center. Service Manager, Chris Slicker, took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to assist and remedy the situation. His attentive nature and excellent customer service is greatly appreciated . I recommend this service center and will continue to use them.
