One of the nicest salespersons I've had the pleasure working with, Jorge Vazquez. He was precise, asked the right questions which helped me make the right choice on my purchase of a 2016 Honda HR-V. The sales process was handled professionally when I received the car starting with Mark who walked me through setup of my phone (finally have Bluetooth capability in my car) and showed me the highlights of the car, to Melissa who helped with my granddaughters car seat, and Kevin in finance that explained the sales contract in easy to understand terms. There was a recall in the side air bag in the car and they took care of it pretty quickly and I didn’t even have an appointment.

I am writing this review regarding customer service. I did NOT purchase my car here. (I purchased it at Cardinal Honda in Groton which I think is the greatest car dealership I've ever been to)So I'm having a problem with my car, there is a slight glitch in the touchscreen module on the inside. So, I called Executive Honda in Wallingford and the woman in service was SO rude and hung up on me that I was appalled and I would definitely not do business there. She said my minor radio issue may need to have my leave my car there overnight. Was incredibly short and rude and couldn't wait to get off the phone with me and then actually hung up on me.Unsatisfied with that experience, I called Schaller Honda here and they were all very nice and kind and efficient. The woman that I spoke with in service was great and said that she knew about a similar issue and that I wouldn't even need an appointment, I can just walk in because it's a quick fix as long as I'm there before 4.Pleased with the customer service that I've experienced in a phone conversation with employees at Schaller. I will take all of my continued Honda service business to this dealership because it is closer to me than Cardinal Honda in Groton and they all seem very nice here.Thanks.
Had to get my Honda passenger side mirror replaced. Great service.Always a good bet to do buisness here.
